Totally digging our new breakfast book, the former site of a play kitchen that is now in Bea’s room. We got the diner booth from Aunt Katie’s Attic. If you live round here parts, you should totally check them out for cool stuff. Pretty soon I’ll be on the lookout for a slightly larger round diner table, but this one will do for now.

Cute, I love it! I recognize your art too. Very good together!
Is it you or your lady who’s so fabulous at the design. I put my designer husband in charge of such things or everything would look like an old man’s den.
Yay fabulous kitchen!
Mia — We do it together, but I would say I’m the point person on this project and most others. The wifey definitely has her preferences, though. (How diplomatic was that?)
beautiful! Cherish the chairs, also- makes me miss my old silver set I had back in Tucson.
BTW- I love the Queen poems, my son has the books right now (the late-20′s crowd worships Queen). Thank you!
Hey cool, Shann. The last 10 years, all the sudden Queen are actually cool. Who would have thought? Growing up, I was the biggest dork.
Those chairs must weigh 20 pounds each. The colors are great. For the new table what about a splash in vintage formica — orange? yellow?
Those chairs are heavy and solid. Vintage formica? Nice. And yes, color.
