It was 40 bucks–you can’t buy that much fun for the dollar from many other sources. I am giggling like an insane schoolboy.
And check out this footage of a Freddie fanatic’s 40th birthday party–I presume it takes place in England, judging by the kids’ football shirts and the guests’ accents. This dude has Freddie’s moves down perfect, and hardly breaks out of character. I’ve seen it several times now, and what I like best about the footage is at the very end, that snippet of “Another One Bites The Dust,” an indication that this dude went on miming Freddie for a couple more songs. Oh to be a guest at that party.
