For only the third time, a sestina is on the front page of McSweeney’s!!!
It’s by the great poet Alfred Corn, but through some file glitch, it’s uncredited for now — that will be fixed in a couple minutes. But here’s how it looks right now, perhaps pasted here for my own posterity.
The other times we had a sestina on front was by Wilco man Jeff Tweedy and the great “Dear Thrasher” sestina by Sonya Huber.
Yay sestinas! Yay McSweeney’s!
